Participation process

The organizing team checks completeness, eligibility and category fit before confirming acceptance.
Accepted teams present their work in the assigned session and answer jury questions.
Required documents
Project title and abstract, team and institution details, project report, presentation file, prototype media where relevant, and declarations requested in the final handbook.
Presentation format
Timing and room format are published for each league. Presentations should explain the problem, originality, method, evidence, outcome and next steps.
Judging framework
Projects are evaluated for originality, technical quality, impact, feasibility, evidence and presentation. Detailed scoring weights will appear in each category handbook.
